Bug Description
Due to a typo the dm-raid4-5 is not packaged into the md-modules udeb package it is intended to go into. The module is used by dmraid to configure softRAID that have been set up in BIOS (so called fakeraid).
This seems to be hidden in some cases because dmraid/mdadm looks like having learned some additional meta-data formats (Disk Data Format and Intel Matrix Storage Manager) which probably covers some (at least Intel) BIOS implementations.
Testcase: In the installer, after being asked to activate softraid the fakeraid would be expected to show up in the "dmsetup ls" output, but it shows up in "cat /proc/mdstat".
