Not obvious that Issuezilla/Collabnet bugtracker is really a modified Bugzilla

Bug Description

David initially thought that Collabnet wasn't supported in Malone, but later he realized that Collabnet is just a modified version of Bugzilla.

Malone should make more obvious that when registering Collabnet/Issuezilla trackers they should choose Bugzilla as the bugtracker type.

Isn't tigris using Issuezilla, which is a modified version of Bugzilla? For example:
    http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=409

Also, I remember Kiko doing some work to make our Bugzilla tracker type work better with Issuezilla instances. The registered OpenOffice tracker is an example of such a tracker.

After talking with David, the root problem was that he didn't realise that our existing Bugzilla bug tracker type was appropriate for Collabnet hosted projects (which isn't too surprising given how well they hide the fact). He since managed to register the tracker and the status synchronisation is working:

    https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/bugtrackers/subversion-bugs

So I guess we need to make it more obvious that Bugzilla is the right option for Issuezilla/Collabnet projects.

Ideally, after pasting the URL, Launchpad should be able to tell that 1. http://project.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=NNN is an issue of http://XXX.tigris.org/issues/, and 2. this is an unregistered issuezilla instance. Then provide a guided workflow to register the bugtracker and create the bugwatch.

A simpler alternative would be just providing "Collabnet" as a bug tracker type, next to "Bugzilla". But that would still not help answering "what's the bug tracker root? no clue...".

Finally, maybe just say "Collabnet issue trackers are really Bugzilla" in the help text for the bug tracker type widget, but it would be expecting users to actually _read_ the text. And we know we don't.

The former part of what David describes already happens -- people enter watch URLs and we auto-detect everything (Bjorn rocks). However, the schema label, used in the edit bugtracker page and when displaying the bugtracker type, still says "Bugzilla'. Should it say "Bugzilla (and variants)", "Bugzilla/Issuezilla", or does it no longer matter.
