Bug Description

When using two monitors (or more probably), if a window is on the biggest screen of the two, and it is being dragged to the other screen (which is smaller than the window in at least one dimension), then in one move pushing it to the top to maximize it, causes it to maximize on the bigger screen instead.

It should maximize on the smaller screen instead and probably even be resized to fit in every dimension as well.
