Empathy notification icon is displayed only on one screen (upper tray bar) in case of multiple monitors are connected

Bug Description
I have notebook Lenovo T420s connected to external monitor in "no mirror" mode. If i run empathy, i can see that green notification "bubble" icon only on my notebook LCD and not on external display. another icons (skype, dropbox ...) are displayed correctly on both screens.
