libstdc++6-4.6-doc lacks manpages

Bug Description

The manpages are shipped in the package libstdc++6-4.4-doc, which is built from the gcc-4.4 package.

It would be less surprising if it was built from the gcc-4.6 package, which provides the default system compiler.

one of the cross patches did remove the b-d on doxygen :-/
