[multi-monitor] gnome-terminal doesn't go behind the other focused windows

Bug Description
If I have gnome-terminal and any other program's window open, the terminal doesn't hide if it gets unfocused. See the attached screenshot.
This is only a problem in multi-monitor mode. I'm not sure if the bugreport includes this, so:

This looks very much like bug 788607 to me, can you please try in a setup with horizontal width less than 2048?
