Bug Description

The main menu banner seems to break when you look at the UX2 work in "presentation mode". The laptop goes into presentation mode when you attach it to an LCD projector and it pinches the screen in order to ensure that the entire screen is visible on the projector. Attached are screenshots from FF v 11.0 and IE v 9. These are taken on a laptop running Windows 7.

I am going to make this a low priority in the far future, because:

a) It only happens because we have a long site title, and...

b) You have to be in the 1300px or wider, and in a particular 20px width range

I don't have a special setting on my machine. The default display setting on this machine (and all new OSF laptops) is: 1366 X 768 (see screenshot). You can see from the screenshot that this is the recommended display setting. It would be difficult to tell users that they have to alter the recommended settings on their machines in order to use the new version of KARL.

Slow down, we're not planning to make people change settings. This issue will go away, and soon. Once we change the site title from "KARL - Staging OSF" it will go away.

The priority on this is lower because all you have to do is change your window setting by 20 pixels bigger or smaller during the road show.

I believe this is fixed. Jim, you can test this on various browsers by making a browser that is wider than, say, 1400 px.
