Hi,
This is basically not possible if you are using keystone and run a multi-user cloud.

Writing up how NeCTAR does this would involve instructions on patching code - I'm not sure this'd belong in the official docs.
Is there other ways that you know of that would fit this ?
Otherwise I'm tempted to mark this bug as affecting nova, keystone and swift and see what happens :)
