"Private" badge not displayed on communities listing

In ux2 communities_view, "private" is just shown in plain test on the next line. Make it look like ux1.

As a note, I emailed osi-dev about this earlier in the week. ChrisR had started a panel that had the logic for showing a page_title wherever we needed it. This panel had a page_title.pt template which would format the "private" badge.

Check with him and ask if this should be considered the official pattern. It's only in use on wiki page at the moment. If so, change communities.pt, show_blogentry.pt, etc. to point at this. If you need help, let me know.
