did you already had time to look a bit into a new design for the icons? When do you think we can see a sketch for the new design? :) Can I set the status here to "In Progress"?

Hello, I created almost all the icons. I would like to have an opinion before adding them to the project.
You can see a preview of the icons in the attached file.

... wow!

- You succeeded in catching the meaning of every brick!
- What a touch! I am now ashamed of the current version of our icons... :$

just a few minor things:

- we use "grayed out" version (automatically generated within the code) to indicate powered off bricks: more color in the switch and the router will help the users' first sight

- Topology view will use text over the icon close to its bottom, maybe the black grids in "capture" and "wirefilter" will disturb the reading. I don't know if it's worth to look into this anyway at this stage, maybe we can fix the dot generation to write the text outside the icon image, so please ignore...

- Wirefilter concept is a bit too close to capture one, but the two bricks are in fact very different. Perhaps wirefilter can be something else. Despite the name I see it more like a complex emulator than a wire itself. A wifi network maybe suits more?

Francesco maybe has more ideas and comments...

Hello, sorry for the delay. I attach another preview, tell me if the modified version of the wirefilter can be suitable. If you prefer a wireless network I can try to use a wireless nework smybol ;)
For the license I always use Creative Commons - Attribution, Share Alike, Non commercial, but I will write it into a file "License" that I will add to the branch. Is it ok?

Let me know what do you think about the icons ;)

Gr8! wirefilter is much better now.

Don't hate me, I have a couple of new things:

- Can capture have the network card instead of the brick trapped in its net?
- Can we use the current capture icon for the SwitchWrapper instead? (which is not in the preview...)

As soon as you are ready, you can safely replace the icons in the trunk, and I will update the "About" dialog and a few other files with the copyright info.

For CC BY-NC-SA, is it ok the 3.0 ? http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/ I will put a link in the disclaimer.
