The gobject-
This breaks many python plugins which require the behaviour as defined in that override file.
You need to ship Gedit.py in the gedit package.

* Really dropped the action group patch which is in the new version gedit.install, debian/ gedit-dev. install: patches/ 05_menu_ label.patch:
* debian/control.in, debian/
- install the gi override in the main binary, needed at runtime
(lp: #953957)
* debian/
- updated to list the action group at the end and solve parsing issues
