I get this bug when attempting to stitch a panorama using Hugin 2011.2 on Windows 7 64 bit, but using the 32bit version of Hugin. This only started after I upgraded to 64 bit Hugin 2011.4
It is probably calling the newer PTstitcher and crashing because the are not backwards compatible.

This is an known issue with MacOS 10.7. This needs to be fixed in the os.
