Bug Description

If you run the unit-tests in Nova while you have additional extensions installed, you will get test failures. This is the result of the unit-tests checking for an exact match between the compute/contrib directory and the expected extensions.

Since adding in extensions is completely normal, we should be tolerant of additional extensions, and check to see that that the results are a superset (not identical) the expectations.
