    Fixes bug #953132

    Docs for Essex need LDAP with Keystone configuration to be documented
    Rework of the LDAP presentation around Keystone : new reference table

    Patch set adds xml:id to the new sections so it'll build.

    Patch set 3 uses "exampledomain" instead of "younglogic" for the domain
    name and fixes typos (exmaple).

    Also rebased against stable/essex.
