Bug Description
For greybird, GTK2 applications use a blue color for links, whereas GTK3 links are Ubuntu orange.
To compare, open Thunar (GTK2) and go to Help > About. Link to project page is blue.
Open File Roller and go to Help > About. Link to project page is orange.
Should GTK3 use blue as the link color as well?

This is a known problem and if you look at Ambiance it has the same bug.
For some reason the link_color (which is set to the same blue in gtk3 as in gtk2) doesn't get applied, I'm assuming this is gtk3's fault.
