text-flowed text moves around at random

When using text-flow (Text in a Shape), sometimes the text moves around randomly. This can happen when duplicating groupa containing shape with a textflow, copy/pasting them, undoing actions involving them, and most notably, saving/loading an svg using them. It doesn't happen all the time, and a single test case didn't trigger the bug, but when the document contains lots of them then it gets notable. In a certain document where I have around 60 shapes with text-flow, about half of them were misplaced after loading the saved document. Said document is attached.

Just found an ideal example using this document.
1. Select all,
2. Scale up by dragging a corner
3. Undo.

Unlinking as duplicate from bug #345594 - while the issue tracked in bug #345594 is fixed in latest trunk (r13935), the test case from this report still exposes unexpected displaced objects when transforming (moving, or scaling) a selection (see steps in comment #2).

Reproduced with Inskcape 0.91 r13725 and Inkscape 0.91+devel r13935 on OS X 10.7.5.
