Bug Description

When I set the top panel opacity to 0 the window names, menu options still appear and remain after the window closes. This tends to occur after a window opens and usually disappears some time after the window closes. Will post screenshots if possible

I was not sure if I should file against xorg, unity, compiz or something else. Thought I would let the experts decide. Just let me know if I can provide any more info (and how to get it)
