package includes old project url and copyright info

Binary package hint: mrd6

This package still points to the old upstream url which confuses users. Additionally the copyright information in the debian file still hasn't been updated.

Upstream copyright file with proper url information and copyright info; debian control reflects the correct url and the url included in the man pages:

The included README has also been updated in the upstream version to reflect the correct developer's email address:
