Bug Description
There seems to be several problems with Cheese Effects.
First, apart from "No Effect", the Effects selector and preview table shows two occurrences of each effect, with the same title and seemingly the same appearance.
Secondly, selecting an effect causes the displayed image to become heavily purple coloured. However, the recorded video and photos have been correct each time I tried. Moreover, closing and the reopening Cheese causes it to start with the previously selected effect enabled, and this time the image is displayed correctly.
Switching to another effect is afterwards successful more often than not, but sometimes the purplish appearance comes back. I have experienced red manifestations of this phenomenon, including when switching back to the "no effect" effect.
In the Effects selector and preview table, all effect previews are correct from the first run, except the "Contour" effect which is displayed wrong (but not purplish).
