Bug Description

 [17:04] < richardm> hm, i think something in the new password storage stuff has stopped registration
 [17:04] < richardm> you can't get past the choose a password page
 [17:05] < richardm> You did not change your password. Please choose a new password.
 [17:05] < fmarier> richardm: have you filed a bug for it? (critical severity i guess)
