Bug Description

Hi,
if mail reject the message is something like

postfix/smtpd[9486]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from server88-208-208-211.live-servers.net[88.208.208.211]: 550 5.7.1 <server88-208-208-211.live-servers.net[88.208.208.211]>: Client host rejected: Please see http://www.openspf.org/..

but www.openspf.org cannot be reached at bug create time
