MOTOR_DATA_SLOW_MISC appearing in Torque signal

Most motor data packets consist of a Torque reading, plus one other reading as requested by the host. One exception is the MOTOR_DATA_SLOW_MISC packet which contains a FROM_MOTOR_SLOW_DATA_TYPE enum, plus the actual value. However, the driver still treats this as a torque value, and it appears in the Effort topic for the motors.
