mintUpdate needs to use apt-get changelog

Bug Description

Given bug 824708, mintUpdate should switch to using apt-get changelog which actually works. aptitude changelog does not it seems.

This is indeed related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/aptitude/+bug/824708. aptitude can't show changelogs currently, and mintUpdate is using aptitude to fetch the changelogs. I've submitted a fix to mintUpdate here https://github.com/linuxmint/mintupdate/pull/6.
