Please merge pdns 3.0-1.1 from debian testing

* Merge from Debian testing. (LP: #931133) Remaining changes:
   - debian/rules: Fix FTBFS with multiarch libmysqlclient.
   - debian/control: Build-depend on libtdb-dev rather than tdb-dev.

Would be good to have this in our LTS version.
As this is a whole new release 3.0 vs 2.x

This add things like full IPv6 support etc.
