Bug Description
The auth_token middleware now supports admin_user and admin_password settings. We need to update the example api-paste.ini to include these settings.

Update api-paste.ini with new auth_token settings.
Update api-paste.ini with new 'admin_user' and 'admin_password' settings
for the keystone auth_token middleware. By default username and password
are options commented out.
Fixes LP bug #930310.
