mythtranscode should be split out of mythtv-backend

Binary package hint: mythtv-backend

mytharchive uses mythtranscode to remove commercials and convert video, but mythtranscode is part of the mythtv-backend package. There's no need for me to run mythtv-backend on my laptop just to be able to archive things to DVD.

Thanks for the report! This sounds like a good change. Perhaps having a separate mythtv-backend-utils package would be a solution.
