test_virt_drivers will not run alone

Running the following command:

./run_tests.sh -N -n test_virt_drivers

Will lead to a whole bunch of failures

This command, however:

./run_tests.sh -N -n test_libvirt test_virt_drivers

works just fine.

Apparently test_libvirt is leaving some stuff overridden that it shouldn't be.

     * Properly sets fake_resize using a stub in test_libvirt
     * Adds a stub for test_virt_drivers
     * Fixes typo and misuse of flags in setUp and TearDown
     * Fixes bug 925891
