Hopefully we will be able to pint point any difficulties and problems on anything at all regarding the event during the meetup, and discuss a workaround for a better meetup events in the future.

oh, bila kita reply emails dia terus masuk ke comment dalam bugs ya?
ingatkan sebab aku memang subscribe notifications aku dapat. tapi bila

- lagi satu sebab aku dapat notifications ialah kerana aku diappointed
sebagai assignee.

ok, kalau ada user tambah bugs, kemudian dia lantik orang yang berkaitan
sebagai assignee > boleh kan? orang yang berkaitan tu CONTOH: berkaitan
meeting. meeting lepas nampak kelam kabut sebab chairman tak ready,
chairman kedua dan ketiga pulak tak pernah chair. jadi masih blur. so, aku
file bugs tentang meeting lepas tu appoint apogee dan ejat as asignee.
sebab buat masa ni korang berdua je kot yang very familiar dengan meeting.
boleh?

Nota: ini contoh untuk aku lebih faham tentang meta-project. sorry sebab
banyak sangat soalan.

Few things need to be considered in the next event:
1 - proper and sufficient data on any subject for discussion - so that the discussion wont be stalled because of uncertainty.
2 - plug socket - not enough power supply socket for all the participants.
