Bug Description
In the Launch Instances dialog ...
* The vertical padding between the header and first element should be the same as the padding between the last element and the footer. (See red arrows in screenshot.)
* The horizontal padding between the left edge of the modal to the elements should be the same as the padding between the table and the right edge of the modal. (See purple arrows in screenshot.)
* The right edge of the Launch Instance button should be on the same vertical as the right edge of the quota table. (See red line in screenshot.)
* The top of the Server Name label should be on the same horizontal as the Description: header.
