plasma widget networkmanagement 0.9.0 causes the kde desktop to freeze

After a long search, plasma widget networkmanagement 0.9.0 has been identified as a possible cause of the frequent and annoying freezes of the kde plasma desktop.

Such freezes occur when working with wifi networks and make the kubuntu desktop barely usable.

As a workaround it is possible to disable the plasma witdget networkmanagement and use the plain old nm-applet on kubuntu

However, many changes have now been applied onto the 0.9.1 branch of this plasmoid.

Please bring this updated version to oneiric for testing.

I'll see with lamarque if he has any intention of making another nm09 branch release anytime soon, otherwise probably package a git snapshot or cherry pick the commit for this.
