Bug Description

We should remove LazySerializationMiddleware. It currently exists for backwards compatibility for the api-paste.ini config file.

I don't think api-paste.ini stands much chance of being backwards compatible however so we should probably just remove this deprecated middleware.

    Remove LazySerializationMiddleware.

    Removes LazySerializationMiddleware and ExtensionMiddleware. They
    are no longer in use.

    Fixes LP Bug# 922152.
