Yes it is fixed, I just double checked looking on http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/precise/ubuntu-docs/precise/view/head:/ubuntu-help/C/hardware-driver-proprietary.page and it is fixed and it says Team now.
