Bug Description
In Linux Mint 12 there is no working option to add a printer(!), at least not a network printer.
There is System Settings > Printers but A) It cannot add a network printer and B) It cannot configure a printer, only add
This was not a problem in Linux Mint 11 but it was one out of many configurable options that was removed.

I use Linux Mint 13 / 64Bit / Cinnamon.
Same problem here. If I open Menu > Preferences > Printers, I can not add or config a printer.
If I open a shell and run system- config- printer I can add my printer and config it.

Used Ubuntu 12.04 before, didnt have the problem here. Seems Ubuntu starts system- config- printer by default,
if you go to Menu > Preferences > Printers.
