Bug Description

This problem has been introduced in version 0.8.36. I have confirmed it is not happening with 0.8.35.

To reproduce:
- Load an .epub file with "calbredb add"
- Click "Click to open" in Caibre GUI for new entry, and confirm with the file manager that there is a cover.jpg, metadata.opf and .epub file in the folder.
- Highlight the new item and press "E" to edit the meta-data.
- Change the author.
- Click "Click to open" again, and observer that the new folder only contains the cover.jpg and metadata.opf files. The .epub file is gone.

Linux 64-bit version running under openSUSE 11.4.

P.S. The Calibre web-site should contain an easy way to rollback to the previous version for the (extremely rare) occasions when this is needed.

This is indeed a regression, a simple workaround is to restart calibre after
using calibredb, which will prevent it from happening. Fix will be in the next
release.
