Bug Description

I did a clean installation of the new openerp 6.1 on a linux box. After the installation it worked fine and users begun to use it.
After a period it seemed to be slow in rendering. Can anyone help me out here?

Hello Joshua Owusu-Ansah,

I have checked your issue with updated trunk(6.1). Would you please elaborate more on this issue. Related steps with video what you did at your end.

Thanks and waiting for your reply.

Alright Vishal Parmar, here is what i did.

First i had the 6.0 installed and it was working well, until the release of
the 6.1.
After which i went through the openerp forum and noted that i could do the
same installation
as 6.0, so i followed and installed all the packages needed.

After runinng python setup.py install everything went well and i started
the server with
openerp-server on the command line. And it served the web client on port
8069. But for a period
it became slow when you click it takes long before the js files get loaded,
so i used firebug to
check the times on each of the js files, and i found it took abt averagely
10s to load each file and
iam not getting any error in my /var/log/syslog
/var/log/apache2/error.log/ /var/log/postgres/error.log.

So am wondering what might be wrong with the system. that is my worry and
my problem, i think may
be the one i checked out is not minified or something.

Help me out here.

Hello Joshua Owusu-Ansah,

Thanks for your reply.

I have checked again with 6.1 (port 8069) and it's working as expected. Also check the behavior, functionality of web(6.1) working well. May be this is your system problem. It's not bug

Thanks.

Probably an issue with memory consumption. Check that, how much physical RAM
do you have, how much do the python process take?

Unfortunately, 6.1 did never address these issues.
