[FFe] upgrade tboot to 1.7.0 in Precise

Binary package hint: tboot

tboot version 1.7.0 was released with full Ivy Bridge support as well as a large set of bug fixes. The new release is available on http://sourceforge.net/projects/tboot/.

tboot 1.7.0-0ubuntu2 package was uploaded to ppa:gang-wei/tboot(https://launchpad.net/~gang-wei/+archive/tboot), please help checking & upload it to universe.

This package will install two /etc/grub.d/20_*_tboot files and will update-grub in postinst/postrm stages.

I've review the package details in #1 and made a few changes:

1) I've folded both of the precise entries into a single entry

2) I've fixed up and annotated both of the patches in debian/patches

3) I've tweaked the postinst/postrm maintainer scripts to include debhelper markes

4) I added the grub-mkhelper patch Copyright and license details to d/copyright.

Other than that is builds OK (see attached) and installs/purges OK.

I got new grub entries alongside the existing ones for tboot

It's my understanding that 1.7 has a significant focus on bug fixes.. 1.6 upstream support is lower than that of 1.7.. it's an unseeded package, and upstream have committed to resolve any unexpected issues.
