Add compat-wireless v3.2 update

== SRU Justification ==
We've been providing updated compat-wireless stacks for those users interested in using the latest drivers and subsystem enhancements provided from upstream. Since v3.2 is now released, provide the upstream 3.2 compat-wireless stack via linux-backports-modules.

== Impact ==
There is no risk of regression as linux-backports-modules is an elective install and
all linux-firmware package updates are new ucode files.

There is no chance for regression since these firmware files are new, and are only used by drivers in compat-wireless-3.2

I can verify that on Oneiric with -16 proposed kernel the compat-wireless v3.2 update fixed wifi on Centrino N 2200.
