Bug Description

Launcher reveal and hide behaviour needs to use the resistance on screen boundaries.

This bug is to track the implementation.

I have installed Precise with Unity 15 days ago and I had only one launcher on the left monitor with no resistance for the mouse when she go to one monitor to the other.

After updating yesterday, I got two lauchers, one by monitor, and my mouse stop at the limit between the two monitors.

I realy prefer the first behaviour and if it is possible, I thing that an option would be created in the CCSM to have the posibility to choose...
