Firmware file 'dvb-usb-wt220u-fc03.fw' for USB DVB-T receiver missing

My Freecom DVB-T receiver requires this firmware to work properly. The driver is in the kernel and seems to know about the device.

This is similar to bug 78151, but a different firmware file.

The only copy of this file that I've been able to find is on http://www.chandlerfamily.org.uk/files/firmware/

The firmware was once available at http://www.linuxtv.org/downloads/firmware/ but isn't now, though there are firmwares there for revisions 1 and 2 of the device.

You need to save the firmware in /lib/firmware.
