Menus don't hide if moving cursor during alt+tab

1) Move cursor on the top panel to make the menus to show
2) Press Alt+Tab
3) While pressing Alt+Tab move the cursor down (more than 24 pixels)
4) Release Alt+Tab

Desired behavior:
5) Menus hide

Actual behavior:
5) Menus are still showing.

The mouse is not visible, but it's still there.
So you can move it.
