Bug Description

If you compare http://packages.ubuntu.com/oneiric/all/screen-resolution-extra/filelist and http://packages.ubuntu.com/precise/all/screen-resolution-extra/filelist, you can see that the toolchain change rebuild has removed some files. Some of those files are needed for nvidia-settings to save xorg.conf

screen-resolution-extra (0.14ubuntu2) precise; urgency=low

  * Finish conversion to dh_python2. Fixes issue where none of
    screen-resolution-extra's files are installed, which prevents nvidia
    config from making changes to xorg.conf.

  * Add dependency on policykit-gnome since some scripts use gtk policykit,
    which won't work on KDE where gtk2 may not be installed by default.
