[Feisty] Celestia handbook not working or missing

Binary package hint: celestia

Using version 1.3.2-4ubuntu1 of celestia on Feisty Fawn I discovered that the "Celestia Handbook" was missing or improperly linked to. To reproduce this go to Help and choose "Celestia Handbook". The KDE Help Center popped up and reported: "There is no documentation available for /celestia/index.html." Indeed executing 'dpkg -L celestia | grep index.html' returned nothing. However, the file '/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/celestia/index.docbook.gz' does exist.

    added "Education" category.
  * src/celestia/kde/data/celestia.desktop: added full category list.
  * debian/control: included full descriptions in all front-ends.
