Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

If you can reproduce this problem, please include the temporary log file (here, /tmp/filesPB0hj, but the file name will be different each time).

I'm leaving the bug status at New because the final error message is clear enough.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, I am closing it because the bug has been fixed since 29.0-3 which is in all supported Ubuntu versions.
