Valgrind lists quite some errors on gconf-editor, I've opened https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=668872 about that but that seems a different issue

Reproducible (3 times in a row), at ubunty 12.04 when:

1. open ekiga
2. open gconf-editor
3. go to apps -> ekiga -> protocols -> sip
4. change value of listen_port to 50060
5. select ports from catalogue, and crash..

This bug was fixed in the package gconf-editor - 3.0.1-1ubuntu1

---------------
gconf-editor (3.0.1-1ubuntu1) precise; urgency=low

  * debian/patches/01_nodisplay.patch:
    - dropped, without it gconf-editor is not listed in i.e unity dash
  * debian/patches/selection_change_segfault.patch:
    - block "changed" signal during model changes to avoid having
      callbacks wrongly called, which leads to issues (lp: #912116)
