AOE or ata-over-ethernet references in the docs should be eliminated

Reported via email. I did a search and don't see much cleanup is needed, but here are some specific areas:

- Delete the "Old Docs" section under doc/source/devref/volume.rst that's in http://nova.openstack.org/devref/volume.html
- Clean up doc strings in the nova volume manager that are output to http://nova.openstack.org/2011.2/api/nova.volume.manager.html

    Remove refs to ATAoE from nova docs

    fixes bug 912108

    Nova volumes' ATAoE is long gone. This patch merely removes the
    remaining comments about it from the nova devref documentation.
