tv_grab_uk_bleb does not work

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xmltv

Fails with this error:

Unable to download channels list from http://www.bleb.org/tv/data/listings.
Died at /usr/bin/tv_grab_uk_bleb line 309

Upstream report this works (see http://www2.holmlund.se/xmltv-release/test_grabbers.html) with the latest release (0.5.45)
It is possible to workaround this by using the "tv_grab_uk_rt" version

Bug confirmed with 0.5.45-5 in Ubuntu Gutsy.

The test report linked above was last updated on Sun Dec 3 18:43:34 2006, so is clearly invalid.

I get the same symptoms above; the webpage format has changed as I understand.
