Bug Description
If you're sticking with the yellow bar (as it is now rather than going with the idea in bug 897808), then perhaps some improvements could be made.
We're told in four other places that this is the trash (titlebar, sidebar, breadcrumbs, and the button itself), so we don't need an extra sentence just to remind us. Instead, this could be used to provide more info to the user. For example, it could read, "These items can be deleted by emptying the trash." This gives the user more information, plus it helps tie the button in more to the bar itself.
