Bug Description

udev >= 098 is needed to run gphoto's udev rules. This should be reflected in the package dependencies

     - If udevinfo is present, check udev version. If it is smaller than 98,
       ask print-camera-list to use the output format for older udev versions.
     - This avoids a feisty-only versioned udev dependency. (LP: #90905)
     - When this version gets an edgy backport, it will actually work again.
       (LP: #91250).
