"No layers found" error when saving as JessyInk zipped PNG

I have Windows XP Proffessional service pack 3, version Inkscape 0.48.2 r9819.. When I wan open and save picture as PNG, I saving to ZIP Png, because normal PNG doesn´t work for me. More information here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/908167 When I wan´to save edited file will appears pop-up. After click OK program will create empty file.

Based on the screenshot, this and bug #908167 seem to be related or triggered by
Bug #408566 “Program won't save files without given extension on Win32”

(two dots (aka periods) in the save path), possibly combined with the cascading effects of bug #769725 and bug #805095.

Note: to create high-quality bitmap images (PNG) from Inkscape SVG files, use 'File > Export bitmap...' instead of saving a copy as 'Cairo PNG'.

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape trunk revision 10948.
Your issue appears when you try to save as JessyInk zipped PNG with a document that has no layer (the objects are directly under the root SVG element).

Workaround: always use a template with at least a layer (such as the default template in File>New.

Also note that the empty file issue is fixed in the trunk. When there's an error in the file creation process or during the execution of the extension, no file is created at all and Inkscape returns an error dialog.

@Hannes - I hesitate to close the report "Won't fix" because I'm not sure JessyInk is expected to work even when there's no layer. What's your take on it?

I downloaded new version, it works only if in path isn't diacritic symbols. If is nothing happens.

JessyInk treats every layer as a slide. If there are no layers JessyInk cannot handle the file. Hence, I will put this bug in "won't fix" for JessyInk.
