Authorization Failed: A username and password or token is required.
Steps:
1) setup master of everything (devstack)
2) go to the dashboard (use incognito tab to ensure no cookies) and verify not logged in
3) add /settings/tenant/ to the url

it appears the entire /settings view doesn't check if you are logged in
